Waterform Technologies’ in-house development of the ultraBiox-ZR™ process, was driven by some shortcomings in traditional wastewater treatment, which can include:
Our in house engineering team will develop and business case and design so you can conceptualise the outcome and make better business decisions.
Once the concept design and project has been approved, we will work with you through HAZOP and SiD to develop a buildable solution with a firm CAPEX and OPEX for final approval.
Following design, we will begin in-house fabrication of technology and our delivery partner will prepare the site with civil works.
Mechanical and electrical installation will begin approximately 6 months after detailed design has been completed.
We will undertake a comprehensive commissioning program with performance verification and hand the plant over to a FlowCare specialist for ongoing operational support.
As a continuous treatment process, the ultraBiox-ZR™ is a fundamentally stable process, with incredible durability even with toxic shocks due the unique nature of the biofilm growth and rebound capability and a MLSS that can be tuned to suit the need.
Our compact and modular design ensures that an ultraBiox-ZR™ can be easily integrated into restricted footprint applications.
We understand that each meat and food processing facility has unique wastewater treatment needs. That's why we offer tailored delivery methods to suit your site. We offer design and technology supply, or can partner with a delivery contractor to undertake the end-to-end project.
As key to our core methodology, we take full ownership of performance verification and operational performance.
